How can I contact Bladeshed?

You can email me at info@bladeshed.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep... EVERYWHERE

Where do you ship from?

Orders go out either from the UK or from my supplier in China if you buy other accessories.

Can I change or cancel my order?

I try to process orders fast, so if you want to change or cancel, you’ve got about 12 hours after placing it. After that, it’s locked in. Once it arrives, you can still send it back for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

All the usual cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

I pack and ship orders between Monday and Friday. Normally it takes 1–3 working days to get your order processed, then it ships the next day. Weekends don’t count. If it’s holiday season or a sale, it might take a little longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because of demand, deliveries can sometimes take around more than 10 days.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If 30 days pass after shipping and nothing shows up, you can get a full refund.

How do I return an item?

Just email me at info@bladeshed.com and I’ll sort it with you.

What if the item I got is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Email me with your order number and a couple of photos of the problem. I’ll do my best to fix it quick.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to the same payment method you used. Card refunds usually take 7–10 working days after processing the return or cancellation. If it’s taking too long, check with your bank/credit card provider because sometimes they’re slow to update.
